The three-bedroom, three-bath home sits in a quiet bay near Eddyville and sleeps up to 12 guests through a mix of bedrooms, bunks, and flexible family-room space. The arrangement works especially well for families and groups that want several places to gather without losing sight of the lake.

Two living areas create a natural divide between activities. One room can hold a movie, game, or children's afternoon while the main space remains open for conversation and meals. Cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan give the central room a broad feel, and five smart televisions spread entertainment through the house. Wi-Fi, laundry, heating and air conditioning, linens, and everyday household supplies support multi-night visits.

The kitchen is equipped for a full group rather than a quick weekend snack. Stainless appliances, a breakfast bar, cookware, tableware, a slow cooker, blender, mixer, food processor, electric skillet, and two styles of coffee maker give visitors room to plan meals around their own schedule. Two indoor dining tables and several outdoor eating areas keep the entire group from crowding into a single space.
