About King Creek Resort & Marina

King Creek Resort Campground brings two styles of camping together on King Creek Bay. Daily tent sites give shorter visits an outdoor setting near Kentucky Lake, while seasonal full-hookup RV sites create a place for campers who return through the year. Both areas are part of the same family-owned resort, sharing access to the marina, beach, shoreline, and common recreation.

The seasonal sites include electrical service up to 50 amps and are arranged for RV guests who want more continuity than a weekend stay. Tent campers keep a simpler setup and remain close to the resort's shared facilities. This mix creates a campground where first-time visitors, seasonal neighbors, and families staying in nearby cottages can all be part of the same property.

King Creek Marina ties the campground directly to the lake. Pontoon and fishing-boat rentals, transient and seasonal slips, fuel, and bait support both casual cruising and full fishing days. King Creek Bay gives boaters protected water before they enter the main lake, while the surrounding shoreline keeps the docks and campground connected throughout the day.

A private sandy beach, floating swim area, playground, grills, and outdoor seating give families several ways to spend time along the shoreline. Stand-up paddleboards add another option near shore. These shared areas also give campers and cottage guests natural places to meet, which works especially well for reunions and groups that prefer different types of lodging.

Benton provides groceries, dining, and everyday services within driving distance, while Land Between the Lakes, Kentucky Dam, and Grand Rivers broaden the list of nearby attractions. Back at King Creek, the appeal remains straightforward: a campsite near the bay, lake services close at hand, and a resort property built around time outdoors. The campground's mix of tents, RVs, cottages, and marina activity keeps the property varied while remaining cohesive.
