Cozy Cove Waterfront Resort stretches along more than 1,500 feet of Kentucky Lake shoreline near Benton. The family-owned property covers 15 acres and includes 16 cottages, giving it enough variety for couples, families, reunions, and groups without losing the scale of a traditional lake resort. Cottages are spaced among shade trees, with the water and resort recreation woven through the grounds.

Lodging includes efficiency-style accommodations for two alongside multi-bedroom cabins that sleep as many as 18 guests. That range allows several generations or households to stay on the same property while choosing the space that fits each part of the group. Some cottages lean toward a classic lake-cabin feel, while larger units provide the room and kitchen space needed for longer stays and shared meals.

The shoreline is a major part of daily life at Cozy Cove. A sandy beach with a gentle incline gives families a defined place to swim, and a floating swim dock with a slide adds another way to enjoy the water. A larger waterslide, kayaks, paddleboats, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and a playground keep the property active even on days when the boat remains at the dock.

Boating and fishing services are located within the resort. Covered docking, fishing-boat rentals, pontoon rentals, fuel, bait, fishing licenses, and basic supplies allow anglers and recreational boaters to build much of the trip around the property. The marina and shoreline are close enough to the cottages for early starts and easy returns at the end of the day.

Cozy Cove also has room for groups to gather away from their individual cottages. A pavilion seats more than 80 people, and picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire pits, and supplied firewood create natural places for meals and evenings outside. Golf cart rentals help guests move around the grounds, while Wi-Fi adds a modern convenience to a resort whose character remains closely tied to cabins, shade trees, and Kentucky Lake.
