The View is the larger home within Warner's Paradise, with Kentucky Lake stretching beyond the decks and a private dock at the shoreline. The house is arranged so a full group does not have to gather in one room or around one outdoor table. Indoor living areas, a screened porch, multiple decks, and the dock each become their own part of the stay.

The private dock gives the property a direct connection to swimming, fishing, paddling, and boating. Three kayaks are included, making it possible to explore close to shore without adding another rental. Seasonal pontoon and jet ski rentals are also available through Warner's Paradise, allowing visitors to spend a larger portion of the day on Kentucky Lake while returning to the same property each evening.

Outdoor living extends across several levels. Open decks provide lake views and dining space, while the screened porch offers shade and separation during warm evenings. A hot tub and fire pit create two more gathering places after the day's boating is finished. The mix lets the group move with the weather and the time of day rather than relying on one patio or porch.

Inside, the game room carries the activity beyond the shoreline. A pool table, two-player arcade with thousands of games, and additional indoor entertainment give children and adults a separate room during rain, after dark, or when part of the group wants a break from the lake.
