Cypress Bay ties the docks and lodging together at Lakeview Cottages and Marina near New Concord. The family-owned property serves cabin guests, RV travelers, fishing tournament participants, seasonal slip holders, and visiting boaters in a protected Kentucky Lake setting close to the state line.

About 80 covered slips are available for several lengths of stay, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual arrangements. Registered resort guests also have access to the launch ramp. The covered docks place boats close to the nine waterfront cabins, allowing anglers to prepare for an early departure without moving equipment across a larger resort complex.

The marina store sells gasoline, live bait, tackle, and other convenience items. A fish-cleaning station supports anglers returning with a catch, and the location on Cypress Bay gives them access to both protected water and the broader lake. Fishing tournaments have long been part of the property's visitor base, bringing groups that value close lodging, slips, and a place to handle equipment after the day is finished.

Pontoon boats and fishing boats are available for rent through the marina. Pontoons serve families and groups interested in cruising or spending time together on the water. Fishing boats give anglers a smaller, more focused setup for exploring the bay and nearby Kentucky Lake structure.

The cabins include kitchens, decks, grills, linens, and lake views, while RV sites and a pavilion add more ways for groups to use the property. Golf cart rentals help connect the cabins, docks, store, and shared areas. Murray, Paris Landing, and Land Between the Lakes are within driving distance, but Lakeview's main strength is the way its waterfront lodging and marina work together. Guests can keep the boat nearby, cook at the cabin, and spend several days around Cypress Bay without losing the smaller feel of the property. A pavilion and shared outdoor areas also give fishing parties and reunions room to gather away from the cabins.
